This gorgeous villa is incredibly unique, as it was built into the side of Camelback Mountain, providing you with up-close views of the mountain on one side and panoramic city views on the other. It was recently remodeled with custom, upscale finishes while paying homage to its mid-century modern glory. Comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests, highlights include a chef's kitchen, plenty of space for entertaining including a built-in bar, two gas fireplaces, a sparkling pool and hot tub with a firepit, and breathtaking city skyline views. Bedroom #2: King bed and ensuite bath.

Bedroom #4: Two full beds with shared hallway bath. 
Bonus powder bath by the kitchen.

CHECK-IN
We typically greet our guests in person for check-in, so we can give you a tour and show you how to work everything. We are happy to provide self-check-in upon request or after-hours.

The Rock House is located near world-class hiking trails and only minutes from the bustling nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. Meander through shops and galleries or enjoy some of the best spas, golf courses, and restaurants in the country.

GUEST VERIFICATION
We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process. 

POOL HEAT
Pool heat is $250 per day.

PETS
No pets allowed.

PARTIES AND EVENTS
Parties and events are not allowed.

  • No additional occupants unless approved in writing
  • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
  • This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices, security cameras, and other party prevention equipment. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund. 
  • Full house rules and terms can be reviewed in the Rental Agreement

Booking Requirements:

  • Minimum booking age: 25
  • Guests agree to sign our Rental Agreement upon booking. A copy can be provided upon request.
  • Guests give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify identity and screen for watchlists, sex offender lists, and criminal background check in order to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding  Safely’s guest screening can be found at www.safely.com/terms.
  • A refundable security deposit or credit card may be required at any time.
  • ACH or eCheck payment options only available for bookings made at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled 14-29 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will not receive a refund. If Guest cancels any time after having gained access to the Property, the Cleaning Fee will be retained by Owner. The Cancellation Policy will apply to any shortening of the stay.
