CHECK-IN: We typically greet our guests in person for check-in, so we can give you a tour and show you how to work everything. We are happy to provide self-check-in upon request or after-hours.
LOCATION: The Gallery is located in the perfect central location in Scottsdale. It is minutes from shopping and restaurants at Fashion Square Mall and world-renowned nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale.

GUEST VERIFICATION: We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process.
PETS: No pets allowed.
POOL HEAT: Pool heat is $250 per day.
PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties and events are not allowed.
SECURITY: The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras. There are exterior cameras located at the main guest entry points and the backyard. Please understand that these security cameras are in place for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property and homeowner.

- This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices, security cameras, and other party prevention equipment. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Booking Requirements:
- Minimum booking age: 25
- Guests agree to sign our Rental Agreement upon booking. A copy can be provided upon request.
- Guests give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify identity and screen for watchlists, sex offender lists, and criminal background check in order to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at www.safely.com/terms.
- A refundable security deposit or credit card may be required at any time.
- ACH or eCheck payment options only available for bookings made at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled 14-29 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will not receive a refund. If Guest cancels any time after having gained access to the Property, the Cleaning Fee will be retained by Owner. The Cancellation Policy will apply to any shortening of the stay.
