  • How do I book a Manor?

    Once you have decided on the Manor that best suits your needs, please complete the secure booking form. You will then receive a confirmation email and rental agreement. This rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours or you forfeit your reservation. Your booking is not considered complete until you have paid the deposit AND signed the agreement. Please reach out ASAP if you did not receive a rental agreement.

  • When is my remaining balance due?

    Bookings made directly through our site are subject to an auto withdrawal of the balance, which is due 30 days prior to your check-in date. This balance will be taken from the credit card on file. If you need to change the payment method, please contact us prior to the 30-day due date. A balance reminder will be emailed to you a few days prior to this date.

  • What kind of toiletries and supplies will I find at my Manor?

    All homes come standard with the following items:

  • Are you pet-friendly?

    Yes! We love your furry friends and all of our homes are pet-friendly. A surcharge will be applied for bringing your pet. Please note that not all of our properties are fully fenced, inquire for more details.

  • Can I host my “insert event here” at the property?

    Please inquire about our event pricing, event rules, and eligible properties.

  • Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

    If our schedule allows, we do allow an early arrival or late departure for a fee.

  • Can I ship packages to the property before or during my stay?

    Yes, you may ship packages at your own risk. Please notify us if you will be shipping to the house prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we can not guarantee the security of your packages as the home may be occupied by other guests.

  • How close are the airport, nightlife, and golf?

    All Manors are located in an extremely convenient area of the Valley and in the best neighborhoods! We are less than 20 minutes away from the airport, 5-10 minutes away from the bars and restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale, 25 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, and just a mile from the nearest golf course.
