Layout: The following is the layout that can allow up to 9 areas for people to sleep comfortably.
Bedroom 1: Master wing with king bed (en suite bath plus private patio with outdoor shower, fire pit, and fountain)
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds stacked (next to bathroom #2)
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds side-by-side (next to bathroom #3)
Bedroom 4: King bed (across the hall from bathroom #3)
Bedroom 5: Two queen beds stacked (down the hall from bathroom #4)
Bedroom 6: King bed (next to bathroom #4)
Bedroom 7: King bed (down hall from bathroom #5)
Common Area 1: Pull-out queen sofa bed in the library with kitchenette (shares bathroom #2)
Common Area 2: Pull-out queen sofa bed in the upstairs loft (closest to bathroom #4 or #5)
Bonus: There is a powder bath next to the game room and main entrance.

GUEST VERIFICATION: We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process.
PETS: We charge $250 per pet, 2 pets max.
POOL HEAT: There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heat is $250 per day.
PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties and events are not allowed.
SECURITY: The home has exterior cameras monitoring the residence for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. Cameras are located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that this surveillance is for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property owner.

- This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices, security cameras, and other party prevention equipment. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Booking Requirements:
- Minimum booking age: 25
- Guests agree to sign our Rental Agreement upon booking. A copy can be provided upon request.
- Guests give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify identity and screen for watchlists, sex offender lists, and criminal background check in order to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at www.safely.com/terms.
- A refundable security deposit or credit card may be required at any time.
- ACH or eCheck payment options only available for bookings made at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled 14-29 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will not receive a refund. If Guest cancels any time after having gained access to the Property, the Cleaning Fee will be retained by Owner. The Cancellation Policy will apply to any shortening of the stay.
