This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices, security cameras, and other party prevention equipment. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Booking Requirements:

Minimum booking age: 25
Guests agree to sign our Rental Agreement upon booking. A copy can be provided upon request.
Guests give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify identity and screen for watchlists, sex offender lists, and criminal background check in order to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at www.safely.com/terms.
A refundable security deposit or credit card may be required at any time.
ACH or eCheck payment options only available for bookings made at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled 14-29 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will not receive a refund. If Guest cancels any time after having gained access to the Property, the Cleaning Fee will be retained by Owner. The Cancellation Policy will apply to any shortening of the stay.
