Rules & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.  Cancellation must be made by 11:59 PM Arizona time on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund.

HOUSE RULES

  • Travelers can check into the property at 3:00 pm the day of their reservation.  Travelers must check out by 10:00 am on the last day of their stay.
  • Manor Retreats requires a minimum age of 28 for the renter of any Manor Retreats property.
  • Manor Retreats does allow gatherings and events for an additional fee.  Contact us for more information.
  • Manor Retreats allows up to 2 pets on the property for an additional charge of $250.00 per pet.
  • Smoking is not allowed on any Manor Retreats Property.
